I. Unlicensed Cases


Brien Anderson


Case No. 2006-047288

Probable cause was found that Brien Anderson, of Miami, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and his employer is holding him out
as an architect on its web site. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was
issued along with the requirement that Mr. Anderson sign an affidavit stating he
will refrain from using the title architect and will have the web site changed
deleting any references to him individually as an architect or words to that
effect. If Mr. Anderson fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.


Arkytek-One, Inc.


Richard L. Smith


Case No. 2006-039481

Probable cause was found that Arkytek-One, Inc. of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida
is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is doing business as
Arkytek-One, Inc. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with
the requirement that Mr. Smith sign an affidavit stating he will refrain from
using the title architect and will change his business name deleting any
references to architect or words to that effect. If Mr. Smith fails to return
the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Catherine Kerr Interiors, Inc. of Osprey,
Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering
such services on her web site. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued
and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.


Donald Chancey


Chancey & Associates Design Group, Inc.


Case No. 2006-017046

Probable cause was found that Donald Chancey of Wauchula, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide
architectural services for a commercial project. Mr. Chancey is offering such
services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. Further,
the firm’s title block holds them out as architectural designers. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.


Al Chmielski


Case No. 2006-015508

Probable cause was found that Al Chmielski of Longwood, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and held himself out as an
architect during a residential project. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Chmielski sign an affidavit
stating he will refrain from holding himself out an an architect or words to
that effect. If Mr. Chmielseki fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.


Bob Coward


CADS, Inc.


Case No. 2006-012855

Probable cause was found that Bob Coward of Grayson, Georgia is not licensed
to practice architecture in Florida and stated in an email that he designed a
residential clubhouse and restaurant in Florida. Further, Mr. Coward is offering
these services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization.
A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Joseph J. Lallie


Case No. 2006-056210

Probable cause was found that EDSA, Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and such services are offered on
the firm’s web site. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along
with the requirement that Joseph Lallie sign an affidavit stating the firm will
refrain from offering architectural services and the web site will be changed
deleting any references to architecture or words to that effect. If Mr. Lallie
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

Case No. 2006-041720

Probable cause was found that EG Design & Development, Inc. of Ft.
Lauderdale, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is
offering such services on its business card and web site. A Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Estefinia Grandio
sign an affidavit stating the firm will refrain from offering architectural
services and the business card and web site will be changed deleting any
references to architecture or words to that effect. If Ms. Grandio fails to
return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Ferry, Hayes & Allen Designers, Inc. of
Atlanta, Georgia is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and its
web site indicated that it performed services on the Flagship Bank project in
Jacksonville, Florida. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that Michael Garrison of West Palm Beach, Florida is
not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide such
services for a commercial project. Further, Mr. Garrison performed these
services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint
seeking fines was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Glenn Gray of Summerland Key, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is holding himself out as an
architect in an advertisement for residential design services. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that Gary Haag of Tampa, Florida is not licensed to
practice architecture in Florida and is doing business as Haag Architectural
Design. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that Howard Haire of Gainesville, Florida is not
licensed to practice interior design in Florida and contracted to provide such
services for a residence. Further, Mr. Haire is doing business as Florida

Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Halifax Services, Inc. of Ormond Beach, Florida
is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide
signed and sealed drawings for a residential addition and porch remodeling.
Further, such services are being offered through a business entity without a
certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued
and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that David Hein of Tampa, Florida is not licensed to
practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide architectural
services for a pet boarding office and kennel. Mr. Hein’s promotional materials
offer architectural services and he is offering such services through a business
entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Case No. 2005-013885

Probable Cause was found that JRG Incorporated of Stuart, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in the Florida and is offering such services
on its title block for residential plans. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.


Paul Li


Case No. 2006-046085

Probable cause was found that Paul Li of Jacksonville, Florida is a licensed
professional engineer but not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and
signed and sealed plans for a commercial project without the involvement of an
architect. Further, the architectural drawings were prepared by an unlicensed
draftsman that entered into a contract with the client and held himself out as
an architect. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Probable cause was found that Ceasar Magnorsky of Sunny Isles, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted and provided
architectural services for a commercial project. Further, Mr. Magnorsky
performed these services through a business entity without a certificate of
authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Octavio Mejia and Carmen Abreu of Indialantic,
Florida are not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and
contracted to provide architectural services for a restaurant and held
themselves out as architectural designers. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that Mery’s Interior Design, Inc. of Tamarac,
Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and contracted to
provide design services for a residence. Further, Mr. Garcia is doing business
as Mery’s Interior Design, Inc. without a certificate of authorization. A Notice
and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that Nelson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Nelson is offering architectural
and interior design services over the internet without a certificate of
authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Case Nos. 2006-040857 & 2006-040827

Probable Cause was found that Lina Restrepo, Tempo Designs, Inc. and Santiago
Tobon of North Miami Beach, Florida are not licensed to practice architecture or
interior design in the State of Florida and contracted to provide interior
design services on a hair salon project. Further, their web site offers
architectural and interior design services and these services are being offered
through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.

Case No. 2006-041790

Probable cause was found that Douglas Spencer of Key West, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and prepared a proposal to provide
architectural services for a church. Further, Mr. Spencer performed these
services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint
seeking fines was filed.

Case No. 2006-011001

Probable Cause was found that Ronald Trebbi of Fort Lauderdale, Florida was
previously licensed to practice architecture in Florida; however, his license
went delinquent on March 1, 2001 and then went into a null and void status on
March 1, 2003. Mr. Trebbi entered into a contract for architectural services on
February 26, 2005. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that Craig Thompson of Miami, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and his employer is holding him out
as an architect on a web site. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued
along with the requirement that Mr. Thompson sign an affidavit stating he will
refrain from offering architectural services or words to that effect and will
change the web site. If Mr. Thompson fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

I. Licensed Cases


Stanley
P. Hoelle


Case No. 2006-045535

Probable Cause was found that Stanley Hoelle of Ormond Beach, Florida, a
licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated chapter 481, Florida
Statutes. Mr. Hoelle signed and sealed drawings prepared by an unlicensed
individual who entered into a contract to provide plans for a residential
addition and porch remodeling. Mr. Hoelle never met with the clients. Further,
Mr. Hoelle was paid directly by the unlicensed individual. An Administrative
Complaint seeking discipline was filed.


John F. Wilson


Case No. 2006-041529

Probable Cause was found that John Wilson of Sarasota, Florida a licensed
architect in the State of Florida, violated chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr.
Wilson aided three separate business entities to offer architectural or interior
design services. The three companies are Wilson Group Architects, Inc.,
Decamville Design, Inc. and CFW Group. Mr. Wilson also aided two individuals who
are not licensed to offer architectural or interior design services. An
Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.


George Winne


Case No. 2006-025800

Probable
Cause was found that George Winne of Carbondale, Colorado a licensed architect
in the State of Florida, violated chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Winne works
from his office in Colorado. Mr. Winne entered into a contract to perform
architectural services for a commercial project in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The
drawings were prepared by a draftsman in Florida but Mr. Winne was not present
when the drawings were delivered to the client. Further, Mr. Winne was offering
architectural services through a business entity without a certificate of
authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.
