Mr. Caughman was licensed to practice architecture; however his license went delinquent on March 1, 1995 and then into a null and void status on March 1, 1997. Mr. Caughman practiced architecture, held himself out as architect, used his null and void license and is offering architectural services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization.

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $2,500.00 plus costs against C. Brett Carter Enterprises and Brett Carter. C. Brett Carter Enterprises and Mr. Carter are not licensed to practice architecture and contracted to provide design services for the common area of a condominium.
Fernando Gomez-Pina

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $3,000.00 plus costs against Fernando Gomez-Pina. Fernando Gomez-Pina, a licensed professional engineer, is not licensed to practice architecture and signed and sealed plans for a residential project without the involvement of an architect. The architectural drawings were prepared by an unlicensed draftsman that entered into a contract with the client and held himself out as an architect.
IGK Enterprises, Inc.
Gregory Kohn
Case No. 2008-049925
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $1,000.00 plus costs against IGK Enterprises, Inc. and Gregory Kohn. IGK Enterprises, Inc. and Mr. Kohn are not licensed to practice architecture and entered into a contract to provide architectural services for a residential project. Further, Mr. Kohn is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization.
Nasser Nakib
Case No. 2008-019506
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $500.00 plus costs and suspension until compliance against Nasser Nakib’s license. Mr. Nakib is a licensed architect and was served a citation on August 25, 2005 for failing to provide proof of taking the required core curriculum course. Mr. Nakib provided the proof of completion but failed to pay the fine.
Weber Design Group, Inc.
William Weber

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $500.00 plus costs against Weber Design Group, Inc. and William Weber. Weber Design Group, Inc. and Mr. Weber are not licensed to practice architecture and are offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization.
