I. Unlicensed Cases
Carolina S. Aguilera
Case No. 2009-059475
Probable cause was found that Carolina S. Aguilera of Coral Gables, FL, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is using the title architect on a website in the name of Sueiro Architectural Group, Inc.. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Ms. Aguilera sign an affidavit stating that the website has been changed and will no longer offer such services in the future. If Ms. Aguilera fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Build-Masters Group, LLC
Bruce C. Anderson
Case No. 2009-042409
Probable cause was found that Build-Masters Group, LLC and Bruce C. Anderson of Valrico, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are offering architectural services on its website. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Anderson sign an affidavit stating he has changed his website and will not offer these services in the future. If Mr. Anderson fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Robert McGoldrick
Case No. 2009-034009
Probable cause was found that Consultech & Associates, Inc. and Robert McGoldrick of Tampa, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are offering architectural services on its website. At the Probable Cause Panel meeting on May 12, 2010, Mr. McGoldrick was issued a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist, in which he has disputed. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Hart Homes Marketing, Inc.
Garrick Hart
Case No. 2009-061102
Probable cause was found that Hart Homes Marketing, Inc. and Garrick Hart of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are offering architectural services on its website and other advertisements. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Hart sign an affidavit stating he has changed his advertisements and will not offer these services in the future. If Mr. Hart fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Living Interior Design, Inc.
Celia C. Domenech
Case No. 2010-015837
Probable cause was found that Living Interior Design, Inc. and Celia C. Domenech of Miami, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide architectural services for a build out in a condominium. Further, Ms. Domenech is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
M E Construction, Inc.
Luke Miorelli
Case No. 2010-009243
Probable cause was found that M E Construction, Inc. and Luke Miorelli of West Melbourne, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Mr. Miorelli, a licensed general contractor, offered architectural services in a design build contract and on its website. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Mirorelli sign an affidavit stating he has changed his website to delete all references to such services. If Mr. Miorelli fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Mizener Design & Consulting and Joseph R. Mizener of Miami Beach, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are offering architectural services on its website. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Mizener sign an affidavit stating he has changed his website and will not offer these services in the future. Further, Ms. Molina-Julio is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Chungsun Kang

Probable cause was found that Tarlos & Associates, Inc. and Chungsun Kang of Irvine, CA, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide architectural services commercial project in Orlando. Further, Mr. Kang is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Donald F. Goodrich
Case No. 2009-044065
Probable cause was found that A & E Support Services, Inc. and Donald F. Goodrich of Ft. Myers, FL, have an active Florida certificate of authorization. However, the firm no longer employs a licensed architect. A & E Support Services, Inc. continues to offer architectural services on its web site. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Gayle Barr
Country Club Designers, Inc.
Case No. 2010-018220
Probable cause was found that Gayle Barr of Boca Raton, FL, is offering interior design services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. Further, Ms. Barr was practicing on a delinquent license. Ms. Barr was issued a citation on May 27, 2010, which she is disputing. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Gibson Midge Jones
Case No. 2009-043954
Probable cause was found that Gibson Midge Jones of Lighthouse Point, FL, a Florida licensed architect, is listed under the personnel section of an unlicensed firm that offers architectural services on its web site and enters into contracts to provide architectural services. Mr. Jones states that he is not an employee of the firm but does collaborate with the firm on projects. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
MAH & Associates, Inc.
Michael A. Heron
Case No. 2009-042325
Probable cause was found that MAH & Associates, Inc. and Michael A. Heron of Pembroke Pines, FL, have an active Florida certificate of authorization. However, the firm no longer employs a licensed architect. A & E Support Services, Inc. continues to offer architectural services. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
James T. Melvin
Case No. 2010-012087
Probable cause was found that James T. Melvin of Cocoa, FL, a Florida licensed architect, had a Final Order entered against him on June 23, 2009. The Final Order requires Mr. Melvin to pay fines and costs along with a project list for his probation period. Mr. Melvin has not complied with the terms of the Final Order. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
David Putnam
Case No. 2010-001916
Probable cause was found that David Putnam of Titusville, FL, a Florida licensed architect, signed and sealed plans for a commercial project that were prepared by an unlicensed draftsman. Mr. Putnam has been unable to provide the proper documentation for signing and sealing drawings prepared outside of his office. After further review, the drawings were found to be negligent and not of a sufficiently high standard Also, Mr. Putnam’s title block is in violation. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Joel S. Schultz
Case No. 2009-060571
Probable cause was found that Joel S. Schultz of Delray Beach, FL, is a Florida licensed architect, who signed and sealed plans for a residential project that were prepared by an unlicensed draftsman without ever meeting with the client. Further, Mr. Schultz has been unable to provide the proper documentation for signing and sealing drawings prepared outside of his office. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
