The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $5,000.00 plus costs against Henri Almanzar and Concepts & Designs. Mr. Almanzar is not licensed to practice interior design or architecture and contracted to provide architectural services for a residential project. Further, Mr. Almanzar is holding himself out as an architect and interior designer and is offering such services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization.

Further, Mr. Montero is offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization.

Mr. Palmer signed and sealed drawings that were prepared by an unlicensed individual for a residential project while his license was in a delinquent status. Further, Mr. Palmer has not provided the required documentation that he exercised proper responsible supervisory control for plans prepared outside of his office.

Tichenor’s license. Mr. Tichenor is a licensed architect and signed and sealed plans for a commercial project that were prepared by an unlicensed draftsman without ever meeting with the client. Further, Mr. Tichenor has been unable to provide the proper documentation for signing and sealing drawings prepared outside of his office.

Mr. Torres-Collazo is a licensed architect and signed and sealed drawings that were prepared by an unlicensed draftsman without ever meeting with the client. Further, the plans appear to lack sufficient detail and constituted negligence in the practice of architecture.
