I. Unlicensed Cases
Douglas Burghardt
Jillian-Douglas Architects
Case No. 2003-001706
Probable Cause was found that Douglas Burghardt was offering architectural
services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued, along with a
request that Mr. Burghardt sign an affidavit stating he will no longer offer
architectural services. If Mr. Burghardt fails to return the affidavit, an
administrative complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Jillian Burghardt
Jillian-Douglas Architects
Case No. 2003-001714
Probable Cause was found that Jillian Burghardt was offering architectural
services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued, along with a
request that Mrs. Burghardt sign an affidavit stating she will no longer offer
architectural services. If Mrs. Burghardt fails to return the affidavit, an
administrative complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Paul Heide
Treasure Coast
Architects and Engineers
Case No. 2003-002439
Probable Cause was found that Paul Heide was offering architectural services.
A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued, along with a request that Mr.
Heide sign an affidavit stating he will no longer do business as Treasure Coast
Architects and Engineers unless properly licensed. If Mr. Heide fails to return
the affidavit, an administrative complaint seeking fines will be filed.
John Koszalkowski
American Architectural Design Services
Case No. 2002-01939
Probable Cause was found that John Koszalkowski was offering architectural
services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued, along with a
request that Mr. Koszalkoswki sign an affidavit stating he will no longer offer
architectural drafting. If Mr. Koszalkowski fails to return the affidavit, an
administrative complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Jack Reese
Case No. 2002-01238
Probable Cause was found that Jack Reese was holding himself out as an
architect in advertisements. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued,
along with a request that Mr. Reese sign an affidavit stating he has changed his
advertisements. If Mr. Reese fails to return the affidavit, an administrative
complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Warren Ser
Ser
Design Associates, Inc.
Case No. 2002-00243
Probable Cause was found that Warren Ser was providing architectural
services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued, along with a
request that Mr. Ser sign an affidavit stating he stating he will no longer
offer architectural services as Ser Design Associates, Inc. unless properly
licensed. If Mr. Ser fails to return the affidavit, an administrative complaint
seeking fines will be filed.
II. Licensed Cases
Benjamin P. Butera
Case No. 2002-007327
Probable cause was found that Mr. Butera practiced through a business entity
without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
was issued, along with a request that Mr. Butera sign an affidavit stating he
will no longer offer architectural services under the fictitious name Benjamin
P. Butera, Architects. Architectural services can be offered through Benjamin P.
Butera Architect without any further licensure. If Mr. Butera fails to return
the affidavit, an administrative complaint seeking fines will be filed.
