The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order imposing a fine of $5,000.00 plus costs against A+ Designs and Michael J. Marzi. Mr. Marzi is not licensed to practice architecture and is offering “A+ Architecture Plus Designs” on his title block.

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order imposing a fine of $15,000.00 plus costs against Roland K. Baker and Nitromik Architectural & Engineering Drafting. Mr. Baker is not licensed to practice architecture and provided architectural services. Further, Mr. Baker is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization.

Mr. Craddock was previously licensed to practice architecture; however his license went delinquent on March 1, 20003 and then into a null and void status on March 1, 2005. Mr. Craddock held himself out as an architect, practiced architecture and used his null and void license number.

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing suspension until compliance with a fine of $500.00 plus costs against Carl N. Elliott’s license. Mr. Elliott is a licensed architect and has failed to pay a citation for failing to display its certificate of authorization number.

Mr. Gaviria is not licensed to practice architecture and held himself out as an architect and contracted to provide signed and sealed drawings for a residential project.
Nicole Hollant
Case No. 2008-062163
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing suspension until completion of 40 hours of continuing education hours and a fine of $1,000.00 plus costs against Nicole Hollant’s license. Ms. Hollant is a licensed architect and affirmed at renewal that she had completed the required hours. Ms. Hollant was chosen for the audit and has not provided any evidence of taken continuing education during the audit period.
Carlos F. Llanos

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $2,500.00 plus costs and reprimand against Mr. Llanos’ license. Mr. Llanos is a licensed architect and signed and sealed drawings for a residential addition and a four unit apartment building that were prepared by an unlicensed draftsman without ever meeting with the client.
Mariela Mesa
Case No. 2008-020039
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order imposing suspension until compliance with a fine of $200.00 against Mariela Mesa’s license. Ms. Mesa is a licensed interior designer and has failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that was entered on March 23, 2007.
Noble Construction & Development, Inc.
Andre E. Freyre

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order imposing a fine of $1,000.00 plus costs against Noble Construction & Development, Inc. and Andre E. Freyre. Mr. Freyre, is not licensed to practice architecture and contracted to provide architectural services on a commercial project. Further, Mr. Freyre is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization.
Fred H. Prather
Case No. 2009-019394
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order relinquishing Fred H. Prather’s Florida license to practice architecture. Mr. Prather, a licensed architect, signed and sealed plans for a residential project without ever meeting with the client. Further, Mr. Prather certified to the insurance company that the building was designed and built with breakaway walls and there are allegations that this was not true.
Jessica S. Rubin

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order relinquishing Jessica S. Rubin’s Florida license to practice interior design. Ms. Rubin, a licensed interior designer, failed to respond to a random continuing education audit conduct by the Department.
Ramji Shah
Case No. 2007-056632
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order imposing suspension until compliance with a fine of $11,000.00 plus costs and two years probation against Ramji Shah’s license. Mr. Shah is a licensed architect and has failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that was entered on July 25, 2007.
John H. Vongunten
Case No. 2008-025291
The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order approving a settlement stipulation imposing a fine of $500.00 plus costs against John H. Vongunten. Mr. Vongunten, a licensed architect, failed to respond to a random continuing education audit conducted by the Department.

The Florida Board of Architecture and Interior Design agreed to enter a final order imposing a fine of $15,000.00 plus costs against Robert M. Wildasin, Jr. and Robert Wildasin Jr. Interior, Inc. Mr. Wildasin, is not licensed to practice interior design and his web site makes reference to a restaurant project. Further, Mr. Wildasin is offering these services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization.
