I. Unlicensed Cases
Edgar Aldana
Case No. 2009-034956
Probable cause was found that Edgar Aldana of Debary, FL, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is using title architect and is offering architectural or commercial design services on a post card advertisement. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
Amazing Plans Solutions Corp.
Magda De La Incera
Case No. 2009-038732
Probable cause was found that Amazing Plans Solutions Corp. and Magda De La Incera of Hialeah, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are offering architectural services on a post card. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Ms. De La Incera sign an affidavit stating she has changed her advertisements and will not offer such services in the future. If Ms. De La Incera fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Angel’s Architectural Builders, Inc.

Probable cause was found that Angel’s Architectural Builders, Inc. and Angel Pintado of Dunedin, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are doing business as Angel’s Architectural Builders, Inc. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Pintado sign an affidavit stating he will not offer architectural services until properly licensed. If Mr. Pintado fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Architectural Animation & Design, Inc. and Adelson Ramos of Holly Hill, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are offering architectural services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Ramos sign an affidavit stating he will not offer architectural services until properly licensed. If Mr. Ramos fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Steven D. Bayer of Newberry, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and are offering architectural services in an advertisement. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Bayer sign an affidavit stating he has changed his advertisement and will not offer such services in the future. Probable cause was found that Design 7, Inc. and Angel De La Rosa of Naples, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is using the title “Architecture Residential Design” on a business card. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. De La Rosa sign an affidavit stating he has changed his business card and will not offer such services in the future. If Mr. De La Rosa fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

If Ms. Pellizzetti fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Rafael Portuondo of Miami, FL, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is referred to as an architect in a magazine article. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from using the title architect was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Portuondo sign an affidavit stating he will longer use the title architect. If Mr. Portoundo fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that R & W Architectural Design, LLC and Daryl W. Hosey of Port St. Lucie, FL, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is doing business as R&W Architectural Design. Further, Mr. Hosey is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

David E. Beatty
Case No. 2009-019508
Probable cause was found that David E. Beatty of Rock Hill, SC, is a Florida licensed architect, signed and sealed plans for a residential project without ever meeting with the client. Further, Mr. Beatty signed and sealed the plans while his license was in a suspended status. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Raymond L. Enfield
Case No. 2008-037812
Probable cause was found that Raymond L. Enfield of Elkhart, IN, is a Florida licensed architect, affirmed at renewal that he had completed the required hours. Mr. Enfield was chosen for the audit and has provided only 11 hours of continuing education during the audit period.
An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
LA Design, Inc.
Linda Allard
Case No. 2009-032767
Probable cause was found that LA Design, Inc. and Linda Allard of Boca Raton, FL, is a Florida licensed interior designer, and prepared a proposal to provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and engineering documents. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Michael L. Schenck
Case No. 2008-067349
Probable cause was found that Michael L. Schenck of Lexington, KY is a Florida licensed architect, and was practicing on a suspended license for his failure to take the building code course. Mr. Schenck was notified of the requirements of the original citation and has failed to comply. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
