Probable cause was found that
John Adkerson Abney is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Mr.
Abney’s father is a licensed architect. Mr. Abney took his father’s
architectural seal and sealed revisions to a residential project. Further, Mr.
Abney is offering architectural services through a business entity without a
certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued
and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Aldon C. Adams
Adams & Adams, Inc.
Case No. 2007-030848
Probable cause was found that
Aldon C. Adams of Palatka, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in
Florida and contracted to provide architectural services for a church. The
proposal specifically offers architectural services. Further, Mr. Adams is
offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of
authorization.
A Notice and Order to Cease
and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Angela Neel Interiors, Inc. of Winter Park, Florida, is not licensed to practice
interior design in Florida and the web site is offering interior design services
and its trucks offer architectural detailing. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist from offering interior design and architectural services was issued along
with the requirement that Mr. Neel sign an affidavit stating he has changed the
advertisement to delete all references to such services. If Mr. Neel fails to
return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that
Anne Cooper Interiors, LLC of Naples, Florida, is not licensed to practice
interior design in Florida and is offering commercial design services in an
advertisement in the Gulfshore Life Magazine. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Ms. Cooper-Menguy sign an affidavit stating she has changed the
advertisement to delete all references to interior design or commercial
design. If Ms. Cooper-Menguy fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Kimberlee Sue Bates of Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior
design in Florida and is doing business as Kimberlee Bates Interior Designs. A

an advertisement in the Gulfshore Life Magazine and on its web site. A Notice
and Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued
along with the requirement that Robert Chaphe sign an affidavit stating it has
changed its advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr.
Chaphe fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed.

Probable cause was found that
Yoli Cavalletti of Miami Shores, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior
design in Florida and is offering interior design services on its web site.
Investigation revealed that Mr. Cavalletti has performed interior design
services on a commercial project. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was
issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Charles H. Cox of Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in
Florida and is doing business as Charles H. Cox Interior Design & Antiques. A
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint
seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Shelly Riehl David of Tonka Bay, Minneapolis, is not licensed to practice
interior design in Florida and is offering interior design services in an
advertisement in the Florida Design magazine. These services are being offered
through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. Further, Shelly
Riehl David is holding herself out as an interior designer on her web site. A
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint
seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Shirley G. Davis of Lutz, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design
in Florida but is doing business as Davis Interior Design. A Notice and Order
to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with
the requirement that Ms. Davis sign an affidavit stating it has changed its
business name to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Davis fails
to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
Jeff Dotson
Dotson Drafting, Inc.
Case No. 2007-026926
Probable cause was found that
Jeff Dotson of Bunnell, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in
Florida and this is a second offense. The first case involved Mr. Dotson
offering architectural services and he has changed his advertisement to remove
all such references. Mr. Dotson’s new advertisement offers commercial drafting
services under the yellow page heading “Architect’s Support Services”. It
appears Mr. Dotson is attempting to market his drafting services to licensed
architects. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering commercial
design services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Dotson sign an
affidavit stating it has changed its advertisement, and will not offer such
services in the future. If Mr. Dotson fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Eunice J. Borden Interior

Eunice J. Borden
Case No. 2007-020990
Probable cause was found that
Eunice J. Borden Interior Design, Inc. of Sarasota, Florida, is not licensed to
practice interior design in Florida. Ms. Borden contracted to provide interior
design services for a college and is doing business as Eunice J. Borden Interior
Design, Inc. Ms. Borden was previously licensed, however, her license expired
on February 28, 1993. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Frank J. Holas of Jacksonville, Florida, is not licensed to practice
architecture in Florida. Mr. Holas is a licensed Professional Engineer and
signed and sealed plans for a church. The drawings were prepared by an
unlicensed draftsman that entered into a contract with the client to perform
architectural services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and
an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Farlyn R. Helton of Brandon, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior
design in Florida and is doing business as Interior Designs by Farlyn, Inc. A
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint
seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Into the Mist, Inc. of Naples, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior
design in Florida. Ms. Thompson is holding herself out as an interior designer
on her web site. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from holding herself
out as an interior designer was issued along with the requirement that Ms.
Thompson sign an affidavit stating she has changed her website to delete all
references to interior design. If Ms. Thompson fails to return the affidavit,
an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Michelle Irizarry

Case No. 2007-027189
Probable cause was found that
Jennifer Michelle Irizarry of Ocala, Florida, is not licensed to practice
interior design in Florida and contracted to provide interior design services on
a commercial project. Ms. Irizarry does not hold herself out as an interior
designer, however, the contract is to perform design services for a doctor’s
office. Further, Ms. Irizarry also has an advertisement in which she offers
“architectural interiors” and is offering these services though a business
entity without a certificate of authorization. This is a second offense. A
Notice to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Louis D. Jackson of Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in
Florida and contracted to provide architectural services for a church. Mr.
Jackson’s business card offers architectural design. Further, Mr. Jackson is
offering these services through a fictitious name without a certificate of
authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable cause was found that
Julian Marcus Interiors and Florist, Inc. of Pensacola, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering interior design
services in the telephone book, signs, and its web site. The web site of Ms.
Neel’s employer holds her out as an interior designer. A Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with
the requirement that Ms. Proctor sign an affidavit stating it has changed its
advertising to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Proctor fails
to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

Probable cause was found that Ghousia Kahn of
Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is
doing business as Interior Designing & Decorating by Ghousia Kahn. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued
along with the requirement that Ms. Kahn sign an affidavit stating she will
change her business name to delete any refences to interior design or words to
that effect. If Ms. Kahn fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that
Kay Klosterman of Palm Harbor, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior
design in Florida and is offering interior design services on the internet. A
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist fromoffering interior design services was
issued along with the requirement that Ms. Klosterman sign an affidavit stating
she has changed her advertisement to delete all references to interior design.

seeking fines will be filed.

John T. Koontz of Summerfield, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture
in Florida and is offering architectural services on its business card and is
advertising under the architect heading of the yellow pages. A Notice and Order
to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with
the requirement that Mr. Koontz sign an affidavit stating it has changed its
advertisements, and will not offer such services in the future. If Mr. Koontz
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

Vicky Lilavois of Altamonte Springs, Florida, is not licensed to practice
interior design in Florida and is offering interior design services on her web

affidavit stating she has changed her website to delete all references to
interior design. If Ms. Lilavois fails to return the affidavit, an

design in Florida and is offering interior design services in an advertisement
in the Florida Design Source Book and on its web site. A Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with
the requirement that Mr. McGuinness sign an affidavit stating it has changed its
advertisements to delete all references to interior design. If Mr. McGuinness
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

sign an affidavit stating the advertisement has been changed to delete all
references to interior design. If Mr. Kuldau fails to return the affidavit, an

design in Florida and its web site offers architectural and interior design
services as well as lists commercial projects and is offering such services
through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that E.
Zimmerman Boulos, President of Office Environments & Services, Inc., sign an
affidavit stating he will refrain from offering interior design services through
a business entity without a certificate of authorization. If Mr. Boulos fails
to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

Jose Luis Perdomo of Miami, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in
Florida. Mr. Perdomo was previously licensed, however, his license went
delinquent on March 1, 2005, and then into a null and void status on March 1,
2007. Mr. Perdomo practiced architecture, held himself out as an architect and
used his delinquent license number on September 9, 2006. An Administrative
Complaint seeking fines was filed.

interior design in Floridaand is offering interior design services in a magazine

affidavit stating she has changed the advertisement to delete all references to
interior design. If Ms. Shuster fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative

these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization.

Cynthia Wingate of Dover, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design
in Florida and is doing business as Chrysalis Interior Design. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued
along with the requirement that Ms. Wingate sign an affidavit stating it has
changed its business name to delete all references to interior design. If Ms.
Wingate fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed.

affidavit stating she has changed the website to delete all references to
