Case No. 2007-044901
Probable cause was found that Thomas Adamo of Port Charlotte, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and his website indicates that he
performed design services for commercial projects. An Administrative Complaint
seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be
issued.
A & E Support Services, Inc.
Joseph Burgess
Case No. 2007-063223
Probable cause was found that A & E Support Services, Inc. of Ft. Myers,
Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and the company is
offering architectural services in a brochure. A Notice to Cease and Desist from
offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that
Joseph Burgess sign an affidavit stating it has changed its brochure to delete
all references to architecture. If Mr. Burgess fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
John W. Barber
Barber & Associates, Inc.
Case No. 2007-056206
Probable cause was found that John W. Barber of Jacksonville, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and he signed off on change orders
over the title architect. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering architect
services was issued along with the requirement that John W. Barber sign an
affidavit stating he will no longer hold himself out as an architect. If Mr.
Barber fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed.
Byatt Designs
William A. Byatt
Case No. 2007-043606
Probable cause was found that Byatt Designs of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, is
not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and he contracted to provide
architectural services for a commercial project. An Administrative Complaint
seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be
issued.
Collaborative Creative Design, LLC.
Raquel Wilson
Case No. 2007-066366
Probable cause was found that Collaborative Creative Design, LLC.of Plantation,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering
interior design and space planning in an email solicitation. A Notice to Cease
and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Raquel Wilson sign an affidavit stating she has changed her
advertisement to delete all references to interior design and space planning. If
Ms. Wilson fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed.
Mary P. Collins
MPC Design
Case No. 2007-048803
Probable cause was found that Mary P. Collins of Jacksonville, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design services in Florida and Ms. Collins
contracted to provide interior design services on a commercial project. Ms.
Collins is offering such services through a business entity without a
certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
Consolidated Professional Services, P.A.
Roger M. Staley
Case no. 2007-05119
Probable cause was found that Consolidated Professional Services, P.A.of Ocala,
Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and sent DBPR a
letter on August 13, 2003, stating it was no longer an architectural business
however it did not change it web site or letterhead. A Notice to Cease and
Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the
requirement that Roger M. Staley sign an affidavit stating he has changed his
web site and letterhead to delete all references to architecture. If Mr. Staley
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
DeHaas Consulting and Design
David DeHaas
Case No. 207-049161
Probable cause was found that DeHaas Consulting and Design of Tavernier,
Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and Mr. DeHaas
altered signed and sealed plans without the permission of the licensed
architect. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice
and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
DDS Studios, Inc.
Daniel D. Shaheen
Case No. 2007-049061
Probable cause was found that DDS Studios, Inc.of Lake City, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is listed under the architect
heading of the yellow pages and is offering commercial design services. A Notice
to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with
the requirement that Daniel D. Shaheen sign an affidavit stating he has changed
his advertisement to delete all references to architecture and commercial design
services. If Mr. Shaheen fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
JGR Drafting Services
Jerry G. Rega
Case No. 2007-054670
Probable cause was found that of JGR Drafting Services of Gainesville, Florida,
is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is offering commercial
drafting services in the title block. The Subject was previously disciplined for
offering commercial design services and was under the impression that if he
removed design he would be in compliance. A Notice to Cease and Desist from
offering commercial drafting services was issued along with the requirement that
Jerry G. Rega sign an affidavit stating he has changed his title block and will
not offer such services in the future. If Mr. Rega fails to return the
affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Virginia Dell Karp
Case No. 2007-048622
Probable cause was found that Virginia Dell Karpof Ocala, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design services in Florida and she contracted to
provide interior design services on a country club project. An Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
will be issued.
Vikki L. Kemp
Interior Dynamics Design Studio, Inc.
Case No. 2007-041433
Probable cause was found that Vikki L. Kemp of North Palm Beach, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design services in Florida and Ms. Kemp was
previously disciplined for using the title interior designer. Ms. Kemp continues
to use the title on her web site. Ms. Kemp is offering such services through a
business entity without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
will be issued.

Kevin Dull
Case No. 2007-040493
Probable cause was found that Dorinda Johnson of Riverview, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is offering architectural
drafting and light commercial projects in the yellow pages. A Notice to Cease
and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Kevin Dull sign an affidavit stating he will change his
advertisement and will no longer offer such services in the future. If Mr. Dull
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

McCree Architects and Engineers

Probable cause was found that Kevin Morris of Orlando, Florida, is not licensed
to practice architecture in Florida and is holding himself out as an architect
on his business card A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering architectural
services was issued along with the requirement that Kevin Morris sign an
affidavit stating he will change his business card and will no longer offer such
services in the future. If Mr. Morris fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Jamal S. Nagamiaof Tampa, Florida, is not licensed
to practice architecture in Florida and he signed and sealed plans for a church
without the involvement of an architect. The architectural drawings were
prepared by an unlicensed draftsman that entered into a contract with the client
that offered architectural services. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
Enrico Mihai Popsecu
Architectura Group Miami, Inc.
Case No. 2007-056878
Probable cause was found that Enrico Mihai Popsecuof Hallandale, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Mr. Popsecu was previously
licensed as an interior designer however his license is in a suspended status
for failing to take the building code course. The Subject’s web site is offering
architectural and interior design services. Further, the Subject is offering
interior design services from numerous locations and he is the only licensed
employee. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice
and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
Risley Design, Inc.
Mark Risley
Case No. 2007-062457
Probable cause was found that Risley Design, Inc. of Ocala, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and Mr. Risley offered to provide
commercial design services for a restaurant. Mr. Risley is offering these
services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. An
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist will be issued.

Probable cause was found that Facundo Pojof North Miami, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is offering architectural
services on his web site. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering
architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Facundo Poj
sign an affidavit stating he will change his web site and will no longer offer
such services in the future. If Mr. Poj fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is offering architectural
services on his business card. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering

sign an affidavit stating he will change his business card and will no longer
offer such services. If Mr. Rivera fails to return the affidavit, an

provide architectural services for a residential project. Ms. Burgos is offering
these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. An
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist will be issued.

Probable cause was found that Cynthia M. Walburn of Jacksonville, Florida, is
not licensed and is using the title architect in Florida. A Notice to Cease and
Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the
requirement that Kathy Toffton Waggoner sign an affidavit stating she will
change her business card to delete all references to architecture. If Ms.
Waggoner fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Robert M. Wildasin, Jr. of West Palm Beach,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design services in Florida. Mr.
Wildasin’s web site states that he is a licensed interior designer and makes
reference to a restaurant project and he is offering such services through a
business entity without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
will be issued.

is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and his web site offers
architectural services and lists two commercial projects. Mr. Myers is offering
these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. An
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist will be issued.

architect, failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that was entered on
April 3, 2007. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.

Probable
cause was found that Alan D. Cohen of Dania, Florida, a licensed architect,
failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that was entered on July 11, 2007.
An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Olatubosun Giwa
Case No. 2007-041896
Probable
cause was found that Olatubosun Giwaof Miami, Florida, a licensed architect,
acted as the architect for a residential project that was initially entered into
by an unlicensed individual. The contract was to provide architectural drawings.
Further, Mr. Giwa never met with the client. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.

Probable cause was found that James P. Goldman of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a
licensed architect, failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that was
entered on March 30, 2007. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will

Probable cause was found that Ray A. Hatfield of Ellentown, Florida, a licensed
architect, failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that was entered on July
25, 2007. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Mariela Martin-Fernandez of Miami, Florida, a
licensed architect, failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that was
entered on March 23, 2007. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will
be filed.
Roberto E. Paredes
Associated Space Design, Inc.
Case Nos. 2007-004520 & 2007-004520
Probable cause was found that Roberto E. Paredes of Atlanta, Georgia, a licensed
architect, The Subject’s web site offers architectural services from its
Jacksonville, Tampa, and Miami offices. The Subject Robert Paredes works in
Atlanta, Georgia and is attempting to provide responsible supervisory control
for an architectural office in Jacksonville, Florida. The Subject travels to the
Jacksonville office 2 or 3 times a week. The Tampa office does not have an
architect in that office full time as well. The Miami office does employ a
full-time architect. Further, the Subject is offering architectural services as
ASD without a certificate of authorization.

Probable
cause was found that Gerald J. Vermey of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, a licensed
architect, signed and sealed the drawings that an unlicensed individual prepared
for a commercial project without ever meeting with the client. The contract
entered into by the unlicensed individual offers architectural services. An
Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Geraldine A. Visconti of Tequesta, Florida, a
licensed interior designer, failed to satisfy the terms of a Final Order that
