Case No. 2005-049670
Probable Cause was found that Bo Cseh of Pensacola, Florida is not licensed
to practice interior design in the State of Florida and is holding himself out
as an interior designer on his business card. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Juan Montoya
Juan Montoya Design Group
Case No. 2004-055870
Probable Cause was found that Juan Montoya of New York, NY is not licensed to
practice interior design in the State of Florida and contracted to provide
interior design services on a commercial project. Mr. Montoya also held himself
out as an interior designer throughout the contract. Further, Mr. Montoya is
offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of
authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
On Target Design, Inc.
Denis Shea
Case No. 2005-049284
Probable Cause was found that On Target Design, Inc. of West Palm Beach,
Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and is
advertising under the architect heading in the yellow pages. A Notice and Order
to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Shea sign an
affidavit stating he will refrain from offering architectural services or words
to that effect. If Mr. Shea fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Clifford Pearson
Pearson's Design Group
Case No. 2005-053539
Probable Cause was found that Clifford Pearson of Palm Bay, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and prepared plans for
a church. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Kurt A. Petgrave
Case No. 2004-026590
Probable Cause was found that Kurt Petgrave of Miramar, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and held himself out
as the "Project Architect" in a letter. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Ray Pina
Arkitek Plus, Inc.
Case No. 2005-028288
Probable Cause was found that Ray Pina of Miami, Florida is not licensed to
practice architecture in the State of Florida and contracted to provide
architectural services for a residence. Further, Mr. Pina offered such services
through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.
Elyse Santoro
Feng Shui Designs by Elyse Santoro
Case No. 2005-040123
Probable Cause was found that Elyse Santoro of Miami Beach, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture or interior design in the State of Florida and
is offering architectural and interior design services on her website. Ms.
Santoro is advertising for both commercial and residential properties. Further,
Ms. Santoro is offering such services through a business entity without a
certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued
and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Doug Spencer
Doug Spencer Architectural Design, Inc.
Case No. 2005-022371
Probable Cause was found that Doug Spencer of Key West, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and his letterhead
offers architectural services. Further, Mr. Spencer is doing business as Doug
Spencer Architectural Design, Inc. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was
issued along with the requirement that Mr. Spencer sign an affidavit stating he
will refrain from offering architectural services or words to that effect. If
Mr. Spencer fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed.
Keith G. Wallace

Case No. 2005-057177
Probable Cause was found that Keith G. Wallace of Jacksonville, Florida is
not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and is advertising
under the architect heading of the yellow pages. Further, Mr. Wallace held
himself out as an architect on a title block on a residential project. A Notice
and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Gary M. Acord of Rochester, New York, a
licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida
Statutes. Mr. Acord failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior
Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the
equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was
issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Acord's address of
record but it was returned as no longer at that address. An Administrative
Complaint seeking discipline was filed.
Elaine S. Baer
Case No. 2005-016031
Probable Cause was found that Elaine S. Baer of Weston, Florida, a licensed
interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida
Statutes. Ms. Baer failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior
Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the
equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was
issued. The citation was served by certified to Ms. Baer's address of record but
it was returned unclaimed. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was
filed.

Probable Cause was found that Huston F. Boothe, Jr. of Folson, LA, a licensed
architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr.
Boothe failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof
of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of
the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was
served by certified mail to Mr. Boothe's address of record. An Administrative
Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Fredrick Brauning of Saint Claire Shores,
Michigan, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481,
Florida Statutes. Mr. Brauning failed to provide to the Board of Architecture
and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass
the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was
issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Brauning's address of
record. Mr. Brauning disputed the citation. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline was filed.

Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was

Richard Clay
Case No. 2005-043358
Probable Cause was found that Richard Clay, of Lecanto, Florida, a licensed
architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr.
Clay prepared plans for a residence which were rejected by the building
department for 42 corrections. The plans were reviewed by the board's consultant
who determined there were violations. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline was filed.
Heidi A. Doron
Case No. 2005-016910
Probable Cause was found that Heidi Doron of Silver Springs, MD, a licensed
interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida
Statutes. Ms. Doron failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior
Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the
equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was
issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Ms. Doron's address of
record but it was returned to the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline was filed.
Herman W. Gradick

Probable Cause was found that Herman Gradick of Jacksonville, Florida, a
licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida
Statutes. Mr. Gradick failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and
Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the
equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was
issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Gradick's address of

Robert William Gray

Probable Cause was found that Robert Gray, of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, a
licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida
Statutes. Mr. Gray submitted signed and sealed drawings to the Jacksonville
Beach Building Department on November 17, 2005. The plans were reviewed by the
board's consultant who determined that the plans were incomplete. An
Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Probable Cause was found that George Hizny of Pennsylvania, a licensed
architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr.
Hizny failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof
of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of
the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was
served by certified mail to Mr. Hizny's address of record but it was returned to
the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.
Dennis Hughes
Case No. 2005-045997
Probable Cause was found that Dennis Hughes, of St. Petersburg, Florida, a
licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida
Statutes. The complaint was initiated based on an audit of the continuing
education credits claimed by the Subject when he renewed his license. Mr. Hughes
affirmed at renewal that he had completed the required hours. Mr. Hughes was
chosen for the audit and has only provided evidence of 18 continuing education
credits. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Probable Cause was found that John Kelly of New York, a licensed architect in
the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Kelly failed

Pilla's website represents projects as his own which were actually prepared by
another licensed architect. His website also takes credit for articles that were
prepared by another architect. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline
was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Lisa Posin of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a
licensed interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481,
Florida Statutes. Ms. Posin failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and
Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the
equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued
twice. The citations were served by certified mail to Mr. Posin's address of
record but both were returned to the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking
