Probable Cause was found that Bo Cseh of Pensacola, Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and is holding himself out as an interior designer on his business card. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Barry Lantz
Barry Lantz Interiors
Case No. 2006-017408

Probable Cause was found that Barry Lantz of Indianapolis, IN is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and is offering interior design services in an advertisement and on its website. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Mr.Lantz sign an affidavit stating he will refrain from offering interior design services or words to that effect. Further, he will change the advertisement and the website. If Mr. Lantz fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Living Color Development Group, LLC
Case No. 2006-013453

Probable Cause was found that Living Color Development Group, LLC of Delray Beach, Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and is offering commercial and interior design services in an advertisement and on its website. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Craig Valvo sign an affidavit stating he will refrain from offering commercial design, interior design services or words to that effect. Further, he will change the advertisement and the website. If Mr. Valvo fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Juan Montoya
Juan Montoya Design Group

Probable Cause was found that Juan Montoya of New York, NY is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and contracted to provide interior design services on a commercial project. Mr. Montoya also held himself out as an interior designer throughout the contract. Further, Mr. Montoya is offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Robin J. Norton
Posh Interior Design
Case No. 2006-033890

Probable Cause was found that Robin Norton of Boca Raton, Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and her business card offers architectural and interior design services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Ms. Norton sign an affidavit stating she will refrain from offering architectural or interior design services or words to that effect. Further, she will change her business card to delete any references to architectural or interior design. If Ms. Norton fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable Cause was found that On Target Design, Inc. of West Palm Beach, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and is advertising under the architect heading in the yellow pages. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Shea sign an affidavit stating he will refrain from offering architectural services or words to that effect. If Mr. Shea fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable Cause was found that Clifford Pearson of Palm Bay, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and prepared plans for a church. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Kurt Petgrave of Miramar, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and held himself out as the "Project Architect" in a letter. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Ray Pina
Arkitek Plus, Inc.
Case No. 2005-028288

Probable Cause was found that Ray Pina of Miami, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and contracted to provide architectural services for a residence. Further, Mr. Pina offered such services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Lynn Reddoch
Case No. 2005-037745

Probable Cause was found that Lynn Reddoch of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and is holding herself out as an interior designer on her business card. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Ms. Reddoch sign an affidavit stating she will refrain from offering interior design services or words to that effect. Further, she will change her business card to delete any references to interior design. If Ms. Reddoch fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Case No. 2005-040123

Probable Cause was found that Elyse Santoro of Miami Beach, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture or interior design in the State of Florida and is offering architectural and interior design services on her website. Ms. Santoro is advertising for both commercial and residential properties. Further, Ms. Santoro is offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Doug Spencer
Doug Spencer Architectural Design, Inc.
Case No. 2005-022371

Probable Cause was found that Doug Spencer of Key West, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and his letterhead offers architectural services. Further, Mr. Spencer is doing business as Doug Spencer Architectural Design, Inc. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Spencer sign an affidavit stating he will refrain from offering architectural services or words to that effect. If Mr. Spencer fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable Cause was found that Elizabeth Studer of Orange Park, Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and is offering interior design services in the yellow pages and on her website. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Ms. Studer sign an affidavit stating she will refrain from offering interior design services or words to that effect. If Ms. Studer fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable Cause was found that Tres Chic Décor, Inc. of Parkland, Florida is not licensed to practice interior design in the State of Florida and is offering interior and commercial design services in an advertisement. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Nicole Colon sign an affidavit stating she will refrain from offering interior design, commercial design services or words to that effect. If Ms. Colon fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Keith G. Wallace
Keith G. Wallace and Associates

Probable Cause was found that Keith G. Wallace of Jacksonville, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in the State of Florida and is advertising under the architect heading of the yellow pages. Further, Mr. Wallace held himself out as an architect on a title block on a residential project. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Case No. 2005-16507

Probable Cause was found that Gary M. Acord of Rochester, New York, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Acord failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Acord's address of record but it was returned as no longer at that address. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Elaine S. Baer
Case No. 2005-016031

Probable Cause was found that Elaine S. Baer of Weston, Florida, a licensed interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Ms. Baer failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified to Ms. Baer's address of record but it was returned unclaimed. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Huston F. Boothe, Jr.
Case No. 2005-016987

Probable Cause was found that Huston F. Boothe, Jr. of Folson, LA, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Boothe failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Boothe's address of record. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Fredrick Brauning
Case No. 2005-016491

Probable Cause was found that Fredrick Brauning of Saint Claire Shores, Michigan, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Brauning failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Brauning's address of record. Mr. Brauning disputed the citation. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Harvey Burns

Probable Cause was found that Harvey Burns of New Orleans, LA, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Burns failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Burns' address of record but it was returned to the office as unclaimed. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Kenneth D. Camp

Probable Cause was found that Kenneth D. Camp of Aurora, CO, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Camp failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Camp's address of record but it was returned to the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Richard Clay
Case No. 2005-043358

Probable Cause was found that Richard Clay, of Lecanto, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Clay prepared plans for a residence which were rejected by the building department for 42 corrections. The plans were reviewed by the board's consultant who determined there were violations. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Heidi A. Doron
Case No. 2005-016910

Probable Cause was found that Heidi Doron of Silver Springs, MD, a licensed interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Ms. Doron failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Ms. Doron's address of record but it was returned to the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Herman W. Gradick
Case No. 2005-016932

Probable Cause was found that Herman Gradick of Jacksonville, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Gradick failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Gradick's address of record but it was returned to the office unclaimed. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Robert William Gray
Case No. 2005-064204

Probable Cause was found that Robert Gray, of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Gray submitted signed and sealed drawings to the Jacksonville Beach Building Department on November 17, 2005. The plans were reviewed by the board's consultant who determined that the plans were incomplete. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

George Hizny
Case No. 2005-016539

Probable Cause was found that George Hizny of Pennsylvania, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Hizny failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Hizny's address of record but it was returned to the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Dennis Hughes
Case No. 2005-045997

Probable Cause was found that Dennis Hughes, of St. Petersburg, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. The complaint was initiated based on an audit of the continuing education credits claimed by the Subject when he renewed his license. Mr. Hughes affirmed at renewal that he had completed the required hours. Mr. Hughes was chosen for the audit and has only provided evidence of 18 continuing education credits. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

John N. Kelly
Case No. 2005-018213

Probable Cause was found that John Kelly of New York, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Kelly failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Kelly's address of record but it was returned to the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Probable Cause was found that H A McCrory of Catonment, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Probable Cause was found that Faunce R. McCully of Orange Park, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Probable Cause was found that John Meachem of California, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Meachem failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Mr. Meachem's address of record but it was returned to the office as unclaimed. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Robert Pilla
Case No. 2005-015148

Probable Cause was found that Robert Pilla of Miami, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Mr. Pilla's website represents projects as his own which were actually prepared by another licensed architect. His website also takes credit for articles that were prepared by another architect. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Lisa Posin
Case No. 2005-018788

Probable Cause was found that Lisa Posin of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a licensed interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Ms. Posin failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued twice. The citations were served by certified mail to Mr. Posin's address of record but both were returned to the office. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Jose Sanchez
Case No. 2005-018316

Probable Cause was found that Jose Sanchez of Miami, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Connie Turner
Case No. 2005-046696

Probable Cause was found that Connie Turner of Jacksonville, Florida, a licensed interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. The complaint was initiated based on an audit of the continuing education credits claimed by Ms. Turner when she renewed her license. Ms. Turner affirmed at renewal that she had completed the required hours. Ms. Turner was chosen for the audit and has only provided evidence of taking 16 hours during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Geraldine A. Visconti

Probable Cause was found that Geraldine A. Visconti of Jupiter, Florida, a licensed architect in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Ms. Visconti failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Ms. Visconti's address of record but it was returned to the office as unclaimed. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.

Probable Cause was found that Josephine Wood of North Key Largo, Florida, a licensed interior designer in the State of Florida, violated Chapter 481, Florida Statutes. Ms. Wood failed to provide to the Board of Architecture and Interior Design proof of completion of the core curriculum courses, or pass the equivalency test of the Building Code Training Program and a citation was issued. The citation was served by certified mail to Ms. Wood's address of record but Ms. Wood failed to respond to the citation. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline was filed.
