Probable cause was found that All Architecture Professional Services, Inc. of Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design or architecture in Florida and is offering such services on a business card. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Amy Interiors of Florida, Inc.
Duane Amy
Case No. 2007-043565
Probable cause was found that Amy Interiors of Florida, Inc. of Longwood, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida and is offering such services in the yellow pages. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Duane Amy sign an affidavit stating it has changed its advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr. Amy fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Architectural Innovations of Tampa Bay, LLC of Valrico, Florida, is not licensed to practice Architecture in Florida and is doing business as Architectural Innovations of Tampa Bay, LLC. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that John Hartwell sign an affidavit stating it has changed its business name, and will not offer such services in the future. If Mr. Hartwell fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Mary Box of Seminole, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida and is holding herself out as an interior designer on her business card. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Mary Box sign an affidavit stating she has changed her business card to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Box fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Jorge E. Rodriguez Buitrado of Miami, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide architectural services for a residential project. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.

Cabrera sign an affidavit stating he has changed his advertisements to delete all references to interior design. Probable cause was found that Kathryn Carbone of Delray Beach, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design or architecture in Florida and is doing business as Interior Design South, Inc. Ms. Carbone’s web site offers architectural design and references many commercial projects. Ms Carbone is offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Casa Bella of St. Cloud, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida and is offering such services in the yellow pages and on its web site. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Omar Encarnacion sign an affidavit stating it has changed its advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr. Encarnacion fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that DecoReve Interiors, Inc. of Sunrise, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design or Architecture in Florida and is offering such services on its web site. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design or architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Beki Franco sign an affidavit stating it has changed its web site to delete all references to such services. If Mr. Franco fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Nancy Feldman of Boca Raton, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida and is offering commercial design and space planning on her web site. This is a second offense, however, Ms. Feldman used the title interior designer and that violation has been corrected. The current web site clearly states that she is an interior decorating firm. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering commercial design and space planning services was issued along with the requirement that Nancy Feldman sign an affidavit stating she has changed her web site, and that she will not offer such services in the future. If Ms. Feldman fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Robert Halula
Case No. 2007-023820
Probable cause was found that Robert Halula of Boca Raton, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida. Mr. Halula was previously a licensed interior designer, however, his license was placed in a null and void status in 2002. Mr. Halula continued to hold himself as an interior designer on his company’s web site until it was corrected in June, 2007. A Notice to Cease and Desist was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Halula sign an affidavit stating he will change his web site, deleting any references to interior design or words to that effect.

Probable cause was found that Hilda Flack of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering such services on her web site Further, in a recent advertisement, Ms. Flack is offering commercial design services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Gage-Martin of Tampa Bay, Inc. of Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida and is offering interior design services in a print advertisement on its web site. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Dee Marksberry sign an affidavit stating it has changed its advertisement and web site to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Marksberry fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

If Mr. Denmark fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

is listed under the interior design heading in the yellow pages. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued
along with the requirement that Mr. Booker sign an affidavit stating he has
changed the advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr.
Booker fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Interiors by Thalia, Inc. of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida. The Company’s business card offers commercial design services. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design or commercial services was issued along with the requirement that Ann Caulfield sign an affidavit stating it has changed it’s business card to delete all references to interior design or commercial design. If Ms. Caulfield fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Smith sign an affidavit stating it has changed its web site to delete all references to such services. If Mr. Smith fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

A Notice to Cease and Desist from using the title interior designer was issued along with the requirement that Rod Buchanan sign an affidavit stating it has changed its advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr. Cabrera fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Fanitsa Meehan of St. Petersburg, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida. Ms. Meehan was previously licensed; however, her license went delinquent on March 1, 2003 and then into a null and void status on March 1, 2005. Ms. Meehan continues to offer interior design services and use a null and void license number. Ms. Meehan’s web site also offers “architectural working drawings”. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Mounir Consul & Associates, Inc. of Sarasota, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida but is using the title “Master of Architecture” and is offering such services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. A Notice to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that George T. Myers of Holmes Beach, Florida, is not licensed to practice Architecture in Florida and is offering such services on a sign in front of a residential project. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that George T. Myers sign an affidavit stating he has changed his sign, and will not offer such services in the future. If Mr. Myers fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Earl G. Nelson of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Mr. Nelson was previously licensed; however, his license went delinquent on March 1, 1993, and then into a null and void status on March 1, 1995. Further, Mr. Nelson practiced architecture, held himself out as an architect and used his null and void license number. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
