Unlicensed Cases
All Architecture Professional Services, Inc.
Majid M. Hawari
Case No. 2007-037536
Probable cause was found that All Architecture Professional Services, Inc. of
Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design or architecture in
Florida and is offering such services on a business card. A Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will
be filed.
Architectural Innovations of Tampa Bay, LLC
John Hartwell
Case No. 2007-045268
Probable cause was found that Architectural Innovations of Tampa Bay, LLC of
Valrico, Florida, is not licensed to practice Architecture in Florida and is
doing business as Architectural Innovations of Tampa Bay, LLC. A Notice to Cease
and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the
requirement that John Hartwell sign an affidavit stating it has changed its
business name, and will not offer such services in the future. If Mr. Hartwell
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
Teena M. Benton
Benton Drafting and Design
Case No. 2007-008550
Probable cause was found that Teena M. Benton of Titusville, Florida is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and provided architectural services
for a church and a commercial building. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Jorge E. Rodriguez Buitrado
Case No. 2007-043249
Probable cause was found that Jorge E. Rodriguez Buitrado of Miami, Florida, is
not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide
architectural services for a residential project. A Notice and Order to Cease
and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Kathryn Carbone
Interior Design South, Inc.
Case Nos. 2007-019834 and 2007-019854
Probable cause was found that Kathryn J. Carbone of Delray Beach, Florida, was
not licensed to practice interior design or architecture in Florida and was
doing business as Interior Design South, Inc. Ms. Carbone’s web site offered
architectural design and references many commercial projects. Ms Carbone was
offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of
authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Subsequently, Kathryn J. Carbone became duly licensed to practice interior
design in Florida and her business entity, Interior Design South, Inc. through
which she may offer interior design services has been issued the appropriate
certificate of authorization by the State of Florida.
Hilda Flack
Hilda Flack Interiors
Case No. 2007-026383
Probable cause was found that Hilda Flack of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering such services on
her web site Further, in a recent advertisement, Ms. Flack is offering
commercial design services. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued
and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Michael McEachron
Case No. 2007-041855
Probable cause was found that Michael McEachron of Lauderhill, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide signed
and sealed drawings for a residential project. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Fanitsa Meehan
Fanitsa, Inc.
Case No. 2007-029196
Probable cause was found that Fanitsa Meehan of St. Petersburg, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design in Florida. Ms. Meehan was previously
licensed; however, her license went delinquent on March 1, 2003 and then into a
null and void status on March 1, 2005. Ms. Meehan continues to offer interior
design services and use a null and void license number. Ms. Meehan’s web site
also offers “architectural working drawings”. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Mounir Consul & Associates, Inc.
Myers Associates
Case No. 2007-042435
Probable cause was found that Mounir Consul & Associates, Inc. of Sarasota,
Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida but is using the
title “Master of Architecture” and is offering such services through a
corporation without a certificate of authorization. A Notice to Cease and Desist
was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
George T. Myers
Myers Associates
Case No. 2007-040777
Probable cause was found that George T. Myers of Holmes Beach, Florida, is not
licensed to practice Architecture in Florida and is offering such services on a
sign in front of a residential project. A Notice to Cease and Desist from
offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that
George T. Myers sign an affidavit stating he has changed his sign, and will not
offer such services in the future. If Mr. Myers fails to return the affidavit,
an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Earl G. Nelson
Case No. 2007-044565
Probable cause was found that Earl G. Nelson of Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, is
not licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Mr. Nelson was previously
licensed; however, his license went delinquent on March 1, 1993, and then into a
null and void status on March 1, 1995. Further, Mr. Nelson practiced
architecture, held himself out as an architect and used his null and void
license number. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Quantified Marketing Group, LLC
Aaron Allen
Case No. 2007-030214
Probable cause was found that Quantified Marketing Group, LLC of Heathrow,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering
interior design services on its web site. The Web site also includes commercial
projects in the State of Florida. Further, Quantified Marketing Group, LLC is
offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of
authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist and an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Savoie Architects, P.A.
Matthew C. Savoie
Case No. 2007-040330
Probable cause was found that Savoie Architects, P.A. of Santa Rosa Beach, is
not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is offering such services
without a certificate of authorization. A citation was issued on July 26, 2007
which Savoie Architects, P.A.’s attorney disputes. An Administrative Complaint
seeking fines was filed.
Ingrid H. Triplett
Architectural Design Services
Case No. 2007-041917
Probable cause was found that Ingrid H. Triplett of Davie, Florida, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide signed
and sealed drawings for a residential project and is doing business as
Architectural Design Services. Further, Ms. Triplett is offering these services
through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. A Notice to Cease
and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
Valarie M. Interiors, Inc.
Valarie M. Tatalovich
Case No. 2007-041646
Probable cause was found that Valarie M. Interiors, Inc. of Palm Beach, Florida,
is not licensed to practice Interior Design in Florida and is offering such
services in an advertisement in the Palm Beach Life Magazine. A Notice to Cease
and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Valarie M. Tatalovich sign an affidavit stating it has changed
its advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Tatalovich
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

Case No. 2007-39573
Probable cause was found that Villa Rue 9 of St. Petersburg, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering such services in
an advertisement in the Summer 2007 issue of the St. Petersburg Downtown Guide.
A Notice and Order to Cease was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed.

Case No. 2007-037897
Probable cause was found that Ben C. Winkler of Boca Raton, Florida, is not
licensed to practice interior design or architecture in Florida and is offering
“Interior Architecture & Design” on his business card. A Notice and Order to
Cease and was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
Workscapes, Inc.
Richard J. Dvorak
Case No. 2007-037639
Probable cause was found that Workscapes, Inc. of Orlando, Florida is not
licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering commercial space
planning on its web site and signage. Further, Workscapes, Inc. is offering such
services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint
seeking fines will be filed.

James C. Perry
Perry Abney & Associates
Case No. 2007-010010
Probable cause was found that James C. Perry of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a
licensed architect, partnered with an unlicensed individual on a residential
project. The Unlicensed individual held himself out as an architect. Further,
Mr. Perry is offering architectural services through a business entity without a
certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline
will be filed.
