Unlicensed Cases
Atlantic Construction Illustrators, LLC
James Lucas
Case No. 2008-010397
Probable cause was found that Atlantic Construction Illustrators, LLC and James
Lucas of West Palm Beach, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in
Florida and is offering architectural services on its web site. A Notice to
Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the
requirement that James Lucas sign an affidavit stating it has changed its
advertising materials to delete all references to architecture. If Mr. Lucas
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
Bryan Edson Design Services
Bryan Edson
Case No. 2008-002478
Probable cause was found that Bryan Edson Design Services and Bryan Edson of
Lynn Haven, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and
contracted to provide design services for a commercial project. An
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist will be issued.
Colette Design Studio
Jurgen Muller
Case No. 2008-009436
Probable cause was found that Jurgen Muller and Colette Design Studio of Boca
Raton, Florida are not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and are
offering interior design services on their web site. An Administrative Complaint
seeking fines will be filed.
G. William Architectural Group, Inc.
Gerald Poorman
Case No. 2008-039597
Probable cause was found that Gerald Poorman and G. William Architectural Group,
Inc. of Longwood, Florida are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida.
Mr. Poorman is doing business as G. William Architectural Group, Inc., and
contracted to provide architectural services for a swimming pool cabana.
Further, the Subject is offering these services through a business entity
without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
Greenwood Design Group
Charles Greenwood
Case No. 2008-009779
Probable cause was found that Charles Greenwood and Greenwood Design Group of
Boca Raton, Florida, are not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and
they are holding themselves out as interior designers. Further, Charles
Greenwood is doing business as Greenwood Design Group without a certificate of
authorization.An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a
Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
In-Site Design Group, Inc.
Annie Carruthers
Case No. 2008-021109
Probable cause was found that Annie Carruthers of In-Site Design Group, Inc. of
Hollywood, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and
entered into a contract to provide architectural services for a commercial
project. Further, Ms. Carruthers is offering these services through a business
entity without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint
seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be
issued.
David Lagares
LQL Management, Inc.
Case No. 2007-043301
Probable cause was found that David Lagares of LQL Management, Inc. in Staten
Island, N.Y., is not licensed to practice interior design or architectural
services in Florida and contracted to provide architectural services for a four
unit apartment building. The Subject is offering these services through a
corporation without a certificate of authorization. Further, the Subject’s web
site offers interior design services. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
Frank Lincoln
Case No. 2008-019719
Probable cause was found that Frank Lincoln of Vero Beach, Florida,was
previously a licensed interior designer however his license went null and void
in 1995. Mr. Lincoln continued to hold himself out as an interior designer and
practice interior design. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Albert D. Lynch & Company
Case No. 2007-050849
Probable cause was found that Albert D. Lynch of West Palm Beach, Florida,is not
licensed to practice interior design in Florida and contracted to provide
interior design services on a residential project. An Administrative Complaint
seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be
issued.

Probable cause was found that Ian Neuberger of Sunrise, Florida, is not licensed
to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide signed and sealed
drawings for a residential project. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Case No. 2008-020169
Probable cause was found that Talmadge Paige and Paige Drafting Services of
Rockledge, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and
contracted to provide signed and sealed drawings for a residential project. An
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist will be issued.
Taffy L. Robinson
Taffy’s Interiors
Case No. 2008-007121
Probable cause was found that Taffy Robinson and Taffy’s Interiors of Tavernier,
Florida are not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and according to
her web site, she provided interior design services for a hotel project. An
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist will be issued.
SP Richards Co., Inc.
Tom Gallagher
Case No. 2008-011542
Probable cause was found that Tom Gallagher and SP Richards Co., Inc. of Smyrna,
Georgia, are not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering
space planning and design services on their web site. An Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
will be issued.
USONA Design
Thomas A. Knoebel
Case No.2008-020132
Probable cause was found that Thomas A. Knoebel and USONA Design, of Satellite
Beach, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and entered
into a verbal contract with an owner to obtain architectural services on his
behalf for a commercial project. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will
be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Ronald P. Barr
2008-037822
Probable cause was found that Ronald P. Barr of Davie, Florida, is a Florida
licensed architect. Mr. Barr was chosen for an audit for proof of continuing
education credits when he renewed his license. Mr. Barr has provided only 14
hours of continuing education hours during the audit period. An Administrative
Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Lourdes Basadre-Alvarez
Case No. 2007-023291
Probable cause was found that Lourdes Basadre-Alvarez of Miami, Florida, is a
Florida licensed interior designer. Ms. Basadre-Alvarez was chosen for an audit
for proof of continuing education credits when she renewed her license. Ms.
Basadre-Alvarez has not provided proof of any continuing education during the
audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Joseph Dowd
Case No. 2008-023305
Probable cause was found that Joseph Dowd of Altamonte Springs, Florida, is a
Florida licensed interior designer. Mr. Dowd was chosen for an audit for proof
of continuing education credits when he renewed his license. Mr. Dowd has
provided only 18 hours of continuing education hours during the audit period. An
Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Ora F. Fraze
Case No. 2008-037819
Probable cause was found that Ora F. Fraze of St. Petersburg, Florida, is a
Florida licensed architect. Mr. Fraze was chosen for an audit for proof of
continuing education credits when he renewed his license. Mr. Fraze has provided
only 15 hours of continuing education hours during the audit period. An
Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Barbara S. Nichols
Case No. 2008-037752
Probable cause was found that Barbara S. Nichols of Winter Park, Florida, is a
Florida licensed interior designer. Ms. Nichols was chosen for an audit for
proof of continuing education credits when she renewed her license. Ms. Nichols
has provided only 12 hours of continuing education hours during the audit
period. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Stephen R. Scheirman

Probable cause was found that Stephen R. Scheirman of Dallas, TX, is a Florida
licensed architect. Mr. Scheirman was chosen for an audit for proof of
continuing education credits when he renewed his license. Mr. Scheirman has
provided only 16 hours of continuing education hours during the audit period. An
Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Angel Torrez-Collazo
AJT Architecture and Builders, Inc.
Case No. 2008-030364
Probable cause was found that Angel Torrez-Collazo and AJT Architecture and
Builders, Inc. of Casselberry, Florida, is a Florida licensed architect. Mr.
Torrez-Collazo signed and sealed drawings that were prepared by an unlicensed
draftsman without ever meeting with the client. An Administrative Complaint
seeking discipline will be filed.
True Engineering & Architecture, Inc.
Amr T. Gawad
Case No. 2007-067282
Probable cause was found that True Engineering & Architecture, Inc. and Amr. T.
Gawad of Ocoee, Florida, is a Florida licensed architect. Mr. Gawad’s firm has a
certificate of authorization, however, the firm no longer employs a licensed
architect. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
John A. Zimmerman
Case No. 2008-038509
Probable cause was found that John A. Zimmerman of Irvin,
California, is a Florida licensed architect. Mr. Zimmerman was chosen for an
audit for proof of continuing education credits when he renewed his license. Mr.
Zimmerman has not provided proof of any continuing education hours during the
audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
