Probable cause was found that Atlantic Construction Illustrators, LLC and James Lucas of West Palm Beach, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is offering architectural services on its web site. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that James Lucas sign an affidavit stating it has changed its advertising materials to delete all references to architecture. If Mr. Lucas fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Bryan Edson Design Services and Bryan Edson of Lynn Haven, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide design services for a commercial project. Probable cause was found that Sherri Disalle of Tampa, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is holding herself out as a space planning designer. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design and space planning services was issued along with the requirement that Sherrie Disalle sign an affidavit stating she has changed her business card to delete all references to such services. If Ms. Disalle fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Gerald Poorman and G. William Architectural Group, Inc. of Longwood, Florida are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Mr. Poorman is doing business as G. William Architectural Group, Inc., and contracted to provide architectural services for a swimming pool cabana. Further, the Subject is offering these services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Thomas Hadinger sign an affidavit stating it has changed all advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr. Hadinger fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Christina Hillenbrand of Lady Lake, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and the company is offering interior design services in an advertisement in the Villages Daily Sun Newspaper. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Christina Hillenbrand sign an affidavit stating she has changed her advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Hillenbrand fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Further, Ms. Carruthers is offering these services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. Probable cause was found that David Lagares of LQL Management, Inc. in Staten Island, N.Y., is not licensed to practice interior design or architectural services in Florida and contracted to provide architectural services for a four unit apartment building. The Subject is offering these services through a corporation without a certificate of authorization. Further, the Subject’s web site offers interior design services. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Probable cause was found that La Maison Fleurie, Inc. and Sophie-Eve Hocquard of Palm Beach, Florida, are not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and are holding themselves out as interior designers on their web site. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Sophie-Eve Hocquard sign an affidavit stating it has changed her advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Hocquard fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Frank Lincoln of Vero Beach, Florida,was previously a licensed interior designer however his license went null and void in 1995. Mr. Lincoln continued to hold himself out as an interior designer and practice interior design. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Probable cause was found that Cynthia Muni of Fort Lauderdale, Florida,is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and contracted to provide interior design services on a residential project. Ms. Muni’s web site offers both architectural and commercial design services. Ms. Muni also offers interior design services on her business card and solicitation letters. Further, Ms. Muni is offering such services through a business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist offering interior design services will be issued along with the requirement that Ms. Muni sign an affidavit stating she will refrain from offering interior design services in the future. If Ms. Muni fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Ian Neuberger of Sunrise, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and contracted to provide signed and sealed drawings for a residential project. A Notice to Cease and Desist from holding himself out as an interior designer was issued along with the requirement that Rudy York sign an affidavit stating that he will longer hold himself out as an interior designer. If Mr. York fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.

Knoebel and USONA Design, of Satellite Beach, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and entered into a verbal contract with an owner to obtain architectural services on his behalf for a commercial project. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Probable cause was found that Lourdes Basadre-Alvarez of Miami, Florida, is a Florida licensed interior designer. Ms. Basadre-Alvarez was chosen for an audit for proof of continuing education credits when she renewed her license.
