Grace Brandt
Branco, Inc.
Case No. 2007-030420
Probable cause was found that Grace Brandt of Coral Springs,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design or architecture in Florida
and is offering such services on her business card. A Notice and Order to Cease
and Desist from offering interior design and architectural services was issued
along with the requirement that Ms. Brandt sign an affidavit stating she changed
her business card to delete any references to such services. If Ms. Brandt
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
Builders Design Studio
Dora Duke
Case No. 2007-037838
Probable cause was found that Builders Design Studio of Winter
Park, Florida is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida. The firm is
not licensed and is offering interior design services in a magazine
advertisement. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Evan J. Cadwell
Design Lines Drafting Service
Case No. 2007-029871
Probable cause was found that Evan J. Cadwell of Tavernier,
Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and was using the
title architectural designer in his title block on a set of drawings. A Notice
and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines was filed.
E-Design & Drafting
Kelly Emdin
Case No. 2007-040470
Probable cause was found that E-Design & Drafting of Port
Charlotte, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is
listed under the architect heading and is offering commercial design services in
a yellow page advertisement. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from
offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that Ms.
Emdin sign an affidavit stating she changed the advertisement and will not offer
such services in the future. If Ms. Emdin fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Erika’s Place, Inc.
JoAnna Mincarelli
Case No. 2007-040423
Probable cause was found that Erika’s Place, Inc. of Dunedin,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is offering
such services on her website and signage. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Ms. Mincarelli sign an affidavit stating she changed her
website and signage to delete any references to such services. If Ms.
Mincarelli fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed.
ID Group
Chris Thompson
Case No. 2007-007771
Probable cause was found that ID Group of Dallas, Texas, is
not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and provided architectural
services on a commercial project. Chris Thompson is listed as the architect on
the drawings. Further, Mr. Thompson is offering such services through a
business entity without a certificate of authorization. A Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative Complaint seeking fines was
filed.

Case No. 2007-027831
Probable cause was found that Janrodesigns, Inc. of Coral
Springs, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is
offering such services in the Boca Life magazine. A Notice and Order to Cease
and Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Ms. Rothenburg sign an affidavit stating she has changed the
advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Rothenburg
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.

Jim Goldman
Case No. 2007-037655
Probable cause was found that JG Interiors of Pensacola,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida but is listed
under the interior design section of the yellow pages. A Notice to Cease and
Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Mr. Goldman sign an affidavit stating he has changed its
advertisements to delete all references to interior design. If Mr. Goldman
fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
Lastrada Furniture & Interiors
Eli Mordehay
Case No. 2007-026259
Probable cause was found that Lastrada Furniture & Interiors
of Lauderhill, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida
and is offering such services in the Florida Design Source Book and the Naples
Design magazine. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior
design services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Mordehay sign an
affidavit stating he has changed the advertisement to delete all references to
interior design. If Mr. Mordehay fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Longo Interiors, Inc.
Michele Longo
Case No. 2007-027923
Probable cause was found that Longo Interior, Inc. of Naples,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and that Ms.
Longo is holding herself out as an interior designer in an advertisement in the
Home Design Magazine. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering
interior design services was issued along with the requirement that Ms. Longo
sign an affidavit stating she has changed the advertisement to delete all
references to interior design. If Ms. Longo fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Michael Eugene McWilliams
Case No. 2007-008065
Probable cause was found that Michael Eugene McWilliams of
Melbourne, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida and
submitted a set of commercial plans to the Building Department for permitting.
Further, Mr. McWilliams used the title architectural designer on his title
block. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an Administrative
Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Jurgen Muller
Built to Design, Inc.
Case No. 2007-027360
Probable cause was found that Jurgen Muller of Boca Raton,
Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture or interior design in Florida
and is offering such services together with commercial design and space planning
on its web site. A Notice to Cease and Desist from offering interior design
services, architectural services, commercial design services and space planning
was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Muller sign an affidavit stating
he has changed the web site to delete all references to such services. If Mr.
Muller fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Owen Construction, Inc. of
Ocala, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is
offering such services in an advertisement in the Ocala Magazine. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued
along with the requirement that Mr. Owen sign an affidavit stating he has
changed the advertisement to delete all references to such services. If Mr.
Owen fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed.

Jupiter, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and is
offering such services in an advertisement. A Notice and Order to Cease and

requirement that Mr. Souerwine sign an affidavit stating he has changed the
advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr. Souerwine

Probable cause was found that Permit Square, LLC, is not
licensed to practice architecture in Florida and is advertising under the
architect heading in the classified advertisements in the Miami Herald
Newspaper. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist from offering architectural
services was issued along with the requirement that Mr. Peralta sign an
affidavit stating he has changed its advertising and will not offer such
services in the future. If Mr. Peralta fails to return the affidavit, an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Port Royal Interiors

Case No. 2007-037670
Probable cause was found that Port Royal Interiors of
Pensacola, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida but
is listed under the interior design heading in the yellow pages. A Notice and
Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued
along with the requirement that Mr. Booker sign an affidavit stating he has
changed the advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If Mr.
Booker fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines
will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Posh Interior Design of Boca
Raton, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture or interior design in
Florida and is offering such services on a business card. A Notice and Order to
Cease and Desist from offering interior design and architectural services was
issued along with the requirement that Ms. Norton sign an affidavit stating she
has changed her business card to delete all references to such services. If.
Ms. Norton fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed.
Mark Robinson
Mark Robinson Design, LLC
Case No. 2007-033855
Probable cause was found that
Mark Robinson of Davie, Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in
Florida and entered into a contract to provide signed and sealed drawings for a
residential project. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist was issued and an
Administrative Complaint seeking fines was filed.
Elkin R. Segura
Case No. 2007-037334
Probable cause was found that Elkin R. Segura of Orlando,
Florida, is not licensed to practice architecture in Florida but is using the
title architect on his business card. A Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
from offering architectural services was issued along with the requirement that
Mr. Segura sign an affidavit stating he has changed his business card and will
not use the title in the future. If Mr. Segura fails to return the affidavit,
an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Stilista, LLC
Laura Allyson Jones
Case No. 2007-037712
Probable cause was found that Stilista, LLC of Santa Rosa
Beach, Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida but is
offering such services on a business card. A Notice and Order to Cease and
Desist from offering interior design services was issued along with the
requirement that Ms. Jones sign an affidavit stating she has changed her
business card to delete all references to interior design. If Ms. Jones fails
to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed.
TS Interiors, Inc.
Michael Schleider
Case No. 2007-027932
Probable cause was found that TS Interiors, Inc. of Naples,
Florida, is not licensed to practice interior design in Florida but is offering
such services in an advertisement in the Foundation Star Newspaper. A Notice
and Order to Cease and Desist from offering interior design services was issued
along with the requirement that Mr. Schleider sign an affidavit stating he has
changed the advertisement to delete all references to interior design. If. Mr.
Schleider fails to return the affidavit, an Administrative Complaint seeking
fines will be filed.
II. Licensed Cases
Richard W. Cher
Case No. 2007-021648
Probable cause was found that Richard W. Cher of Pompano
Beach, Florida is a licensed architect who prepared residential plans that were
rejected by the Building Department seven times. An Administrative Complaint
seeking discipline will be filed.
Dennis Mitchell
Case No. 2007-007781
Probable cause was found that Dennis Mitchell of Arlington,
Texas, is a licensed architect who signed and sealed drawings that were prepared
by an interior design firm. Mr. Mitchell was unable to provide documentation
that he properly provided responsible supervisory control for documents prepared
out of this office. Further, Mr. Mitchell was also disciplined by the Nevada
Board for failing to exercise proper responsible supervisory control for a
project in that state and was fined $8,000.00 and placed on probation for one
year. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
