I. Unlicensed Cases
Briggs Edward Design, Inc.
Briggs Edward Soloman
Case No. 2008-013258
Probable cause was found that Briggs Edward Design and Briggs Edward Soloman
of Coral Gables, Florida, are not licensed to practice interior design in
Florida. Mr. Solman contracted to provide intrior design services on a
commercial project. Further, Mr. Soloman is offering such services through a
business entity without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist
will be issued.
Carver & Associates
Larry E. Carver
Case No. 2008-006593
Probable cause was found that Carver & Associates and Larry E. Carver of
Atlanta, Georgia, are not licensed to practice interior design in Florida and
contracted to provide interior design services on two commercial projects.
Further, Mr. Carver is offering these services through a business entity without
a certificate of authorization. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will
be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Probable cause was found that Creative, Inc., Debra Reinhard and Larry
Reinhard of Fort Myers, Florida, are not licensed to practice interior design in
Florida. Mr. & Mrs Reinhard, are offering interior design services in the yellow
pages. Further, Mr. & Mrs. Reinhard are offering these services through a
business entity without a certificate of authorization. An Administrative
Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
JGR Drafting Services
Jerry G. Rega
Case No. 2007-054670
Probable cause was found that JGR Drafting Services and Jerry G. Rega of
Gainesville, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture in Florida. Mr.
Rega is offering commercial drafting services in the title block. Further, Mr.
Rega was previously disciplined for offering commercial design services.
Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be filed.
Jerry Thibodeau
Thibodeau Builder Corporation
Case No. 2008-023953
Probable cause was found that Jerry Thibodeau and Thibodeau Builder
Corporationof St. Augustine, Florida, are not licensed to practice architecture
in Florida and prepared architectural drawings for a residential project.
Further, Mr. Thibodeau is offering these services through a corporation without
a certificate of authorization.An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will be
filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.

Probable cause was found that Herman G. Barnes of Jackson, TN, is a Florida
licensed architect and Mr. Barnes has provided only six hours of continuing
education during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.
Roman Collado
Case No. 2008-023303
Probable cause was found that Roman Collado of Coral Gables, Florida, is a
Florida licensed architect and has not provided proof of any continuing
education hours during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.
Jeffrey Falkanger

Probable cause was found that Jeffrey Falkanger of Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
is a Florida licensed architect and has provided only 16 hours of continuing
education during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.
Peter R. Gilstad

Probable cause was found that Peter R. Gilstad of West Palm Beach, Florida,
is a Florida licensed architect and has provided only 10 hours of continuing
education during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.
William Leveille

Probable cause was found that William Leveille of Atlanta, Georgia, is a
Florida licensed architect and has provided only 12 hours of continuing
education during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.

Probable cause was found that Phillip D. Morgan of Pensacola, Florida, is a
Florida licensed architect and has provided only 7.5 hours of continuing
education during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking

Probable cause was found that Ronald J. Olbekson of Fort Myers, Florida, is a
Florida licensed architect and was practicing on a suspended license for his
failure to take the building code course. An Administrative Complaint seeking

Probable cause was found that Dale H. Parsons of Kissimmee, Florida, is a
Florida licensed architect and has not provided proof of any continuing
education hours during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.
Arnold Prato

Probable cause was found that Arnold Prato of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, is
a Florida licensed architect and has provided only 15 hours of continuing
education during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.
Ron Renner
Case Nos. 2008-013652

Probable cause was found that Ron Renner of Stuart, Florida, is a Florida
unlicensed interior designer and is holding himself out as an interior designer
on his web site. Mr. Renner was previously licensed, however his license went
null and void on March 1, 2005. An Administrative Complaint seeking fines will
be filed and a Notice and Order to Cease and Desist will be issued.
Christopher Andrew Sable
Case No. 2008-023442
Probable cause was found that Christopher Andrew Sable of Davie, Florida, is
a Florida licensed architect and has not provided proof of any continuing
education hours during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking
discipline will be filed.
David Tichenor
Case No. 2008-022359
Probable cause was found that David Tichenor of Sarasota, Florida, is a
Florida licensed architect and signed and sealed plans for a commercial project
that were prepared by an unlicensed draftsman without ever meeting the client.
Further, Mr. Tichenor has been unable to provide the proper documentation for
signing and sealing drawings prepared outside of his office. An Administrative
Complaint seeking discipline will be filed.
Edwin Verdecia

Probable cause was found that Edwin Verdecia of Tampa, Florida, is a Florida
licensed architect and has not provided proof of any continuing education hours
during the audit period. An Administrative Complaint seeking discipline will be
