DAVID K. MINACCI
Mr. Minacci serves as the prosecuting attorney for the Board of Architecture and Interior Design. Mr. Minacci is a graduate of Florida State University College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995. Mr. Minacci joined the law firm in November 2002, coming from the Department of Management Services where he was the Director of State Purchasing. Mr. Minacci previously served as the Acting Director of the Division of Professions, Deputy General Counsel, and Executive Director of the Florida Board of Professional Engineers while employed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. In these capacities, Mr. Minacci litigated numerous cases before the Division of Administrative Hearings. Prior to joining state government, Mr. Minacci was a partner in the law firm of Mowrey & Minacci, P.A., and worked in the law firms of Pennington & Haben, P.A., and Oven, Gwynn, & Miller. LESTER V. (LES) SMITH, JR.
Mr. Smith serves as an investigator for the Board of Architecture and Interior Design. Mr. Smith has over fourteen years of experience as an investigator with Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This experience includes investigations of both licensed and unlicensed activities of architects and interior designer. Mr. Smith has also worked with the local Office of the State Attorney in actions involving unlicensed practice. DWIGHT CHASTAIN
Mr. Chastain serves as an investigator for the Board of Architecture and Interior Design. Mr. Chastain has more than 25 years in law enforcement and investigations in the public and private sector. Experience includes criminal investigations in military and city law enforcement, administrative and regulatory investigations as the regional supervisor with the Florida Department of State, Division of Licensing, and internal investigations and auditing to ensure fiscal and programmatic accountability and integrity as the Inspector General for the Florida Secretary of State's Office. Mr. Chastain earned both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Rollins College in Winter Park Florida. Mr. Chastain can be contacted at

ISIS J. RUDD
Mrs. Rudd serves as the office administrator. Mrs. Rudd has three years experience working in the Office of the General Counsel for the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. In addition, she has seven years of legal experience working in the Office of the State Attorney and in a private law firm.
